She sent me a video from the mechanic demonstrating the parts that needed replacing and the car parts in good condition. I thought that was awesome because we can see what the mechanics can see. JD or what ever his name may be was supposed to give us a jump drive before leaving and he told my husband we didn't need the drive. It was for internal purposes. Went to ask about the paper work I did not receive and they told me five different stories, and thar I should come back on a different day when they were not so busy. I had called the dealership about a question over a bill I had gotten in the mail, I was transferred to services. They said they can’t help me, I was transferred back to the front desk, I explained the situ I had gotten in the mail, I was transferred to services. Definitely not someone who should be working with customers, this is also not the first time I have called there and she was beyond rude and unfriendly. Never will I return to this location. More
