I eventually flew to MO and purchased the car I wanted. Reese has all the characteristics of an experienced salesperson who knows how to make the client feel comfortable and to make the whole car-buying experience an easy, seamless and smooth transaction. He was highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all he communicated with me regularly to ease any questions or concerns I may have had, especially since I reside in CA. JD or what ever his name may be was supposed to give us a jump drive before leaving and he told my husband we didn't need the drive. It was for internal purposes. Went to ask about the paper work I did not receive and they told me five different stories, and thar I should come back on a different day when they were not so busy. I informed they I could not and it wasn't until I had to raise my voice that decided to see me and treat like a person. I was very dissatisfied More

I had called the dealership about a question over a bill I had gotten in the mail, I was transferred to services. They said they can’t help me, I was transferred back to the front desk, I explained the situ I had gotten in the mail, I was transferred to services. Definitely not someone who should be working with customers, this is also not the first time I have called there and she was beyond rude and unfriendly. Never will I return to this location. More

With next to no inventory available on the lot, Reese walked us through what options would come available as cars were allocated to the dealer from the factory build out process. Once we located an allocation that fit our needs, he kept us informed of the progress of the vehicle as it was built. We knew when it had a VIN assigned, when it rolled off the assembly line, and reached the transport service. The sales experience is backed up by a knowledgeable finance team and dealer that has invested in the technology to create a smooth purchase process. They're also back by a fantastic service department that we have used for the last 6 years. We have bought our last 4 cars from Bommarito Volkswagen and expect to continue that tradition moving forward. You really cannot go wrong with this dealership whether you're buying new or used. More
