When Volkswagen provided rental cars for $25.00 a day during the Holiday Season, Julie was the go-to person. Julie is still assisting customers up-front and personal when cars require service. She sent me a video from the mechanic demonstrating the parts that needed replacing and the car parts in good condition. I thought that was awesome because we can see what the mechanics can see.
