I came to Bommarito St. Peters to look at other models, knowing how safe and reliable my previous car had been. Mark (my salesperson) was extremely personable and understanding when it came to my car-buying experience. He never pushed me into making a decision - only waited until I was ready. And once that time came, he made my experience as painless and hassle-free as possible considering the circumstances. I am extremely thankful that we were able to work with him on buying my next vehicle. Adam (our finance person) was extremely personable and helpful as well. Overall, it was undoubtedly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had, and I'm really thankful to Mark and Adam for that. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience at Bommarito Mazda My purchase of a new CX-5 was the third time in which my husband and I have done business with Bommarito Mazda, and once again, I was very pleased wit My purchase of a new CX-5 was the third time in which my husband and I have done business with Bommarito Mazda, and once again, I was very pleased with our experience. Besides the January sale price that Bommarito was offering on the CX-5, I was also able to get 3 rebates and a fair trade-in price on my old car. Also, I had asked if we could have Mark Prewitt as our sales consultant because I had remembered his helpfulness and friendliness in working with us two years ago when my husband bought his CX-5. If you want a hassle-free, friendly car buying experience, go to Bommarito Mazda. Mark remembered us from two years ago, and he had the CX-5 that I was interested in, ready for us to take a test drive as soon as we got there. Mark answered all of the questions that I had about the CX-5's techy features and its engine components, and after giving us a fun tutorial of the techy stuff, Mark also synched up my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth and the GPS navigation so that I didn't have to figure that out on my own. I do believe that Mark has memorized the CX-5 user manuals inside and out! So I want to say that Mark definitely made my Mazda purchase a fun and enjoyable one! Also, I want to give a shout-out to Adam Schmidt, our finance manager, for his friendly help once again. Adam also remembered us from two years ago, and our financing set up by Adam went just as smooth as before! More
Not a terrible car buying experience I had recently been hoping the car fairy would wave her magic wand and provide a vehicle for my son, but alas, we were forced to buy a car instead. We live close to the Mazda dealership in St. Peters and were able to coax his catalytic converter-challenged Tribute to crawl there. They gave us a decent trade-in value(although the first salesmen we encountered was rather rude about the noise it was making). First rule of car salesmanship, don't hurt the customers feelings! The vehicle we saw online was not available(already sold?) and so my 19-year-old son and I began walking the lot. I was looking for the cheapest car with the least miles. We found that everything was priced retail for KKB and so don't feel like we got a deal, per se. But we did like our salesman, Monty. He was a solid fella. I am generally distrustful of salesmen and especially of big dealerships with fancy showrooms and men in expensive suits perusing them. Bommarito Mazda offered all of the above. It took us about 4 hours to buy a car, which was about 3 hours too long in my humble opinion. But then again, I hate shopping and spending money so the longer its drawn out, the crabbier I became. Monty was apologetic for long waits and graciously offered coffee and water. He definitely made up for all the waiting. I didn't like the financing guy at all. I went in pre-approved with a loan so I didn't need in-house financing. That's the way to go in my humble opinion. He laid on the heavy sell for an after market warranty and basically made me feel like the lowest crud on ones shoe for not purchasing it. Obviously my son's car will break down and die a quick and painful death and my failure to spend $1,000 on a warranty will ensure his long and even more painful suffering. I get it. If you want a warranty, they offer one. I just didn't feel it was worth the value. And, to make me feel better, they made me sign a lot of documents making clear that I understood the car was in "as-is" condition. So in short, we bought a car. Would I buy a car there again? Maybe. Would I work with Monty again? Definitely. More

My wife contacted several Mazda dealers. Nate responded promptly and didn't pressure us to buy, but had the best deal. Bommarito's extended warranty and free oil changes for a year are an added bonus. When we went to pick up the car, there was no pressure to buy a higher end model. Nate and Adam are great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It truly was buying made easy. I will return for our next car. More

My first vehicle purchase - came wary, left happy This was my first time buying a car. I was wary going in, but did my research and knew what to expect. All of the things I was told to watch out for at bad dealerships were not a concern at all here - everyone was professional and there was no sign of cliche car dealerships. I had been to the dealership once before to test drive the cars I was interested in. Nate Mulloy was the salesman that helped me and was very good at explaining the differences in trims. I returned the next week and specifically asked for him to talk about purchasing. He was in the process of helping another couple, but took every opportunity to update me on how much longer it would be until he could get to me. When we did start discussing purchasing, he was not pushy or "salesy" at all. He worked with me to get what I wanted. Even though they didn't have the exact trim/options I wanted (I'm very picky) Nate found ways to get me what I wanted - which actually ended up being cheaper. Nate was personable, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and efficient. I also worked with Adam Schmidt on financing. He was just as professional and helpful as the rest of the team. He didn't a fantastic job at explaining my options with the goal of me understanding the differences rather than trying to lead me to what was lucrative for them. I have a solid understanding of finance, so I was very equipped going into this. I can say with certainty that they presented me with multiple fair options. I am happy with the financing I got through them. That's hard to say towards a company I now owe money to, but no less true. I am glad I found a high quality dealership and will certainly continue doing business with them. More
