Once I met with Rick and saw how very knowledgable he was with just a glance at my engine (which was sounding like it should have been out of service for months) I knew I was in the right place. They understood my financial situation and were able to work with me upon a financial agreement that saved my ability to have a car. Being a single mom, full time student and part time employee, the vitality of my vehicle was beyond EPIC importance. However, my motor gave out (I'm not very engine savvy so I cannot remember the exact parts) way before I was scheduled to have it done, yet they were happy to help me even though they were already slammed busy! I had my car back in a matter of 2.5 hours that every single other shop quoted the job at 4-6 hours! AND their cost was 30%-40% CHEAPER! The quality of the repair, their quality customer service and their INCREDIBLE knowledge, is priceless to me. Boise Automotive has really go happy staff, and are very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. I have recently been to them to get the Amsoil sythentic oil changed in my car.
