I'd give this dealership higher than fives if I could, and hands down my internet sales agent, Jeff Whittington should get the credit... I've been in a market for a pre-owned BMW 3 series coupe, for close to 3 yrs.. I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of where I would get a great deal, but also great customer service.. Unfortunately that doesn't always go hand in hand and over the past few yrs deals had fallen through because of the lack of one or the other.. After the past experiences I had, I was dejected and thought that I'd only get my car if some far miracle happened.. But then I found Bobby Rahal Lexus via cars.com and started talking with Jeff via email/phone. He and his manager made me a deal I couldn't refuse.. Jeff went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the whole process, sending me pictures etc (Dealership is 3 hrs away from me).. Till the day I went to look/test/purchase the car, I was still doubting that the car was as good as it was described... But everything that I was told was true, the car was immaculate.. I walked out that day with the keys to the car, and a grin from ear to ear :) If your in the market for a car, used or new (they are a Lexus dealership) Do yourself a favor and give them a look.. They will go above and beyond to make you comfortable with your search and if you decide, your purchase. More

I first want to say, that I RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone in the market for a quality car with even better customer service. I'm an active duty military serviceman in southern Maryland. I was looking anyone in the market for a quality car with even better customer service. I'm an active duty military serviceman in southern Maryland. I was looking to buy a certified pre-owned LS460. I knew almost everything about the car itself, so choosing my car wasn’t a problem. The fact that I live 3 hours and 40 minutes away from the dealer, only being able to view the car online, and having a previous bad experience buying a LS460 with hidden frame damage had me skeptical about even considering Bobby Rahal Lexus. After I was approved for my loan from my primary bank, I then looked up certified pre-owned LS460’s on cars.com. Being the particular person that I am, I wasn’t going to settle for just any LS. After finding the car that I wanted, I sent Bobby Rahal Lexus a message from the cars.com website stating that I was interested. About 5 minutes later I received an email response from Jeff Whittington (Internet Sales Consultant). I asked Jeff "how does the car fax look and do you do military discount". Jeff then sent me the carfax and told me the Lexus does provide $750 military discount. Even with that information I was still unsure about driving so far to get the car, meanwhile there are at least 6 Lexus dealers in the DC area, which none of them had the car with exact options that I was looking for. After hours of contemplating rather to buy local or drive a whole state away, I said to myself if Bobby Rahal Lexus would give me the military discount and throw in a courtesy smart access key, then I'd commit to them (my compensation for the drive). Jeff was able to get that approved. The only thing he forgot to mention in the beginning was that I needed to finance through Lexus in-order to get the military discount. Once he kindly explained the situation, I faxed my information to him to apply for a loan through Lexus Financial (meanwhile I already had financing). Last year I applied for a loan through Lexus with good credit and was offered a 12% APR, so I almost didn’t want to waste my time attempting again. Once I decided to make that drive (after work), I received a call from Nga Tran (Finance Consultant). She not only informed me that Lexus said they would beat my current interest rate at 5.99% (from my personal bank) and gives me a loan 2.9% but they were willing to give me the loan at 72 months instead of 60 months to match my request from my bank. As I was driving up there, Nga also explained to me in full detail about the warranty that Lexus provides that comes with my car with options for an extension. Lastly she informed me that all the paperwork would be set up before I got there since I’ve been working all day and had a 7 hour 20 minute drive. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff who I’ve coordinated the whole deal with, then introduced to Edward Woolford (Sales Consultant). Ed was the perfect salesman! We went over all the detail of the vehicle, he explained everything to me in detail on the things I had questions with. He walked me through the history of my car, because he consistently dealt with the previous owners and also the history of the LS model. After going over every detail with a fine comb, I decided to get the paperwork started. As promised I received my discount, my smart key access card as I requested, along with a very nice courtesy Lexus umbrella. To sum up my magnificent Lexus car buying experience. Jeff got me the deal that I wanted (price and incentives). Nga got me financing through Lexus and beat the financing from my own Credit Union. Lastly Ed ensured I knew everything about my car before I drove off, slowly walked through all the paperwork explaining everything on every page, took me to Enterprise to drop off my rental car, he even went to Enterprise to recover my hat that I left in the car and mailed it back to me. Not one associate pressured me into buying and every one of them made me feel as ease throughout the whole buying process. Thanks Bobby Rahal Lexus team, you done an outstanding job! More

The work was done quickly, they washed and vacuumed my car, and even filled my gas tank (this was due to a lexus recall fix I had done). They took pride in their work and it showed. More

During this visit we were very pleased with the customer service and knowledgable sales person, Sam, that worked with us. This past Saturday (the last one of the month), after making a desicsion to purchase a brand new Lexus IS250 AWD, we returned to Bobby Rahal. We have done a lot of research on this vehicle, pricing and leasing options, and were prepared to buy a car. After sitting with Sam for about an hour and meeting his sales manager, Jeff, we were told that they would need until Monday to finalize the "deal"; verify our trade-in value and payment for the lease option we desired because we were from MD. Not a big deal, as we had not scheduled an appointment with Sam. We, of course, knew the mark-up on the model we wanted, what we would accept on our trade-in and made a very resonable offer on the car based on this information. Very resonable as in the dealership would be making over $2,000 on the sale of the car, plus the re-sale of our trade-in. It was close to 5pm and looked as if customers were waiting to see the fininace department so Jeff said they would call us first thing on Monday with all of the information and asked that we wait until then and to not purchase a car from another dealer. He didn't even offer for us to take the car over the weekend and return it Monday, and hasn't even called. I guess they have sold enough new Lexus cars this month and didn't need our money. Very poor. What do dealers think, all customers don't know how a business operates and that we can't get the same thing somewhere else??? Just silly....I'm sorry for all of the PA residents that don't have a more customer driven dealer to sell them a Lexus or other brands sold by Bobby Rahal. More
