Buyer beware, especially if you’re female and blonde. I feel so stupid! I bought a 2023 Nissan Frontier truck, thinking Nissans are great vehicles and it’s only 2 years old, it should be great. This truc I feel so stupid! I bought a 2023 Nissan Frontier truck, thinking Nissans are great vehicles and it’s only 2 years old, it should be great. This truck has gear shift issues and the tires are way out of alignment. Just praying that there are no other problems. When I took it for a test drive it was good. Didn’t seem to have any issues. I was so wrong. Then don’t even get me started on the finance department. He stuck me with every extra and what started out as $28,000 ended up I now owe $35,000. I’m a 60 year old, widowed, cancer survivor who didn’t survive Bob Tomes Ford. Do your research or bring a man that knows what he’s doing. Don’t get screwed. More

Their service coupons are very deceptive. I recieved a flyer from Bob Tomes for The Works service special for Ford vehicles. $9.95 or if you have a diesel 79.95. It was supposed to include an I recieved a flyer from Bob Tomes for The Works service special for Ford vehicles. $9.95 or if you have a diesel 79.95. It was supposed to include an oil change, rotate the tires, check the brakes and top of fluid levels. The only disclaimer on the price was that some models would be more. There was no mention of synthetic oil vs blend vs conventional which you normally see. Knowing that my GT350 takes 10 quarts of 5w50, I called the service department. I told the person I talked to that I knew I would have to pay more than the $9.95, but I would like to know how much more. He said that the person that would know that was out, but it would probably be $50 to $60 additional. Sounded great to me. I went to Bob Tomes on the weekend checked the car in for the works and the state inspection. They looked in their system and could not apply The Works coupon to my vehicle at all and said because it took synthetic oil it would be $145 for just the oil change. They were very friendly and tried multiple ways in the system to get me a better price, but were unsuccessful. I offered that they should talk a manager or somebody with more authority before we gave up and I would have to write a very negative review about Bob Tomes' advertising policies. They went and talked to two different people and came back telling that the price was actually going to be around $240 because the $145 price was only good up to six quarts of oil. Needless to say, I decided to change the oil myself like I have in the past. The reps I talked to were kind enough to comp the state inspection, so good on them. They really did try to help, but bad on Bob Tomes to not have a manager try to come and work something out to avoid this review. More
