Spent a day working a deal on a new truck over the phone and text. We discussed max down payment, terms, etc. We specifically discussed NOT doing a lease. At the end of the day, my sales rep tells me th and text. We discussed max down payment, terms, etc. We specifically discussed NOT doing a lease. At the end of the day, my sales rep tells me the deal was approved. And to come in the following morning because he knew I lived 100 miles away. So I had there first thing the next morning. After looking the truck over, I'm presented with paperwork stating its a LEASE. I stated that is the opposite of everything we discussed. The sales manager comes out and doesn't car what so ever. I left with no purchase. More
