I had an appointment with him scheduled and when I showed up, he knew what I needed (he had checked my records) and he immediately swung into action. All the items were covered and, being that I was waiting for the car to be serviced, he had it taken care of even a little before it was promised, and every item on the list was fully checked and handled . . . and even a few that the service people did on their own. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. This is why I no longer dread having my car serviced, as long as it is here. More
