Mike Cowley was the salesman that helped us and due to his lack of pushiness, genuine friendliness and no pressure approach, we drove off in a slightly used Optima. While waiting for the "negotiations" over trade in price we sat and talked about a variety of things and it was like I was talking to an old friend. I have to say as an owner of toyota's and mostly hondas I was very very reluctant to try a KIA. But the features for the price are unmatched. There was a minor problem with the paint and I thought for sure I was going to get the run around when I came back three weeks later and was all ready to write off kia but they surprised me and got me in and took care of it no big deal. If at all possible I will buy here in the future and as a local Independence resident I am glad to have had a great experience at Bob Sight Kia. It's worth the drive even if you live on the other side of the city. Did I mention Mike Cowley was the best salesman I've ever worked with? More

WOW, this was the most pleasant new car purchase we've ever had! Just purchased a 2012 Optima. Our salesman Cass Thompson was very friendly, informative and answered all our questions. He along w/ Adam the Sales Manager and Aaron the GM were awesome! Friendly, NO HIGH PRESSURE, just the attitude of helpfulness and customer service being the most important. The dealership was very busy, and as we sat with Cass and our deal concluded, we observed a number of other salesman interacting with customers and it was just "down home" friendliness, courtesy and respect. We will recommend this dealership highly to all our friends!!! And did we mention WE GOT A GREAT DEAL!!! More
