I PURCHASED A 2017 NISSAN PATHFINDER FROM THIS DEALER AND TRADED IN MY 2013 HYUNDAI SANTA FE THAT WE WERE HAVING OIL LEAKING ISSUES WITH. THE PURCHASING PROCESS WENT SMOOTH BUT AFTER JUST 11 DAYS OF HAVING T TRADED IN MY 2013 HYUNDAI SANTA FE THAT WE WERE HAVING OIL LEAKING ISSUES WITH. THE PURCHASING PROCESS WENT SMOOTH BUT AFTER JUST 11 DAYS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE WE BEGAN TO NOTICE OIL LEAKING AND A BURNING SMELL. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THIS LOOKED AT AND THEY TOLD ME IT NEEDED A FRONT AND REAR VALVE GASKET COVERS REPLACED. I ASKED TO SEE THE INSPECTION REPORT DONE FOR THIS VEHICLE AND COME TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO INSPECTION EVER DONE. I WOULD PRESUME THEY GOT THIS VEHICLE AND CLEANED IT THEN PUT IT OUT FOR SALE WITHOUT EVER LOOKING AT IT. NOT A GOOD STANDARD FOR QUALITY VEHICLES SALES IN MY OPINION. UPON FINDING OUT THERE WAS NO INSPECTION I WAS TOLD BY THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER THAT IF I GAVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS ON A NUMBER OF SOCIAL SITES THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND DO THE REPAIR WHICH SOUNDS LIKE THEY WANTED ME TO LIE ABOUT THE TRUE SERVICE I RECEIVED. WE HAD THESE REPAIRS DONE AND I TAKE MY VEHICLE HOME AND IN A MATTER OF HOURS MY VEHICLE IS DEAD IN A GROCERY PARKING LOT. I HAVE THE VEHICLE TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER THE NEXT DAY AND DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSED AND I HAD TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE THERE OVER THE WEEKEND INCONVENIENCING MY FAMILY. I LEFT THE KEYS WITH THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD HANDLE THINGS AND HAVE ME TAKEN CARE OF. I EVEN MENTIONED MY CONCERND OVER THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEIR TRACK RECORD OF INABILITY TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR PRIOR ISSUES. THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER TELLS ME THAT THERE IS ALL NEW STAFF BACK IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOW PRETTY MUCH AFFIRMING THAT BAD SERVICE MAY HAD BEEN GOING ON AND PEOPLE WERE REPLACED BY MANAGEMENT. WE ARE NOW TO MONDAY AFTERNOON AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THE DEALER. MY WIFE GOES BY AND THEY HAVE YET TO LOOK AT MY VEHICLE SO THEY TAKE IT BACK AND FIND OUT THEY HOOKED THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL UP WRONG WHEN THEY DID THE GASKET REPAIRS TWO DAYS EARLIER. THEY FIX THIS ISSUE THEY CAUSED AND WE GO ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AND ARE STILL SMELLING OIL AND HAVE SPOTS OF LEAKING OIL IN OUR DRIVEWAY. WE TAKE THEY CAR BACK TO THEM AND THEY TELL US IT WAS RESIDUAL OIL ON THE ENGINE FROM THE PRIOR WORK. I DO MY OWN INVESTIGATION AND FIND THAT THE OIL DIPSTICKK IS DAMAGED AND BUY ONE ONLINE FOR $13 AND THAT SEEMS TO STOP THE ISSUE. WE GO ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO RIGHT NOW AND I STILL HAVE A SLIGHT OIL LEAK AND BURNING SMELL COMING FROM MY CAR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FOR ANY SERVICE OR ANY KIND OF WORK. THEY SEEM LIKE A BUSINESS THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND DOESN'T TAKE QUALITY CARE TO THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. WE AS CONSUMERS NEED TO STAY UNITED AND HAVE EACH OTHERS BACK AGAINST BUSINESSES THAT SUPPLY SUB BAR AND BAD SERVICE. WE CONSUMERS ARE THE ONLY THING THAT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE AGAINST PLACES LIKE THIS. More

I WENT IN FOR INITAL SERVICE IN OCTOBER 2021 AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING AN OIL PA THE SERVICE I NEEDED WAS I HAD OIL LEAK WITH BURNING OIL SMELL. I WENT IN FOR INITAL SERVICE IN OCTOBER 2021 AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING AN OIL PAN GASKET. THIS WAS REPAIRED IN NOVEMBER 2021. COME MARCH 2022 I STILL WAS NOTICING AN OIL LEAK WITH BURNING OIL SMELL WE WERE ADVISED THAT IT WAS RESIDUAL OIL ON THE ENGINE AND WAS WIPED AWAY AND SENT ON OUR WAY. I ONCE AGAIN WENT IN FOR THE SAME ISSUES IN JULY 2022 AND WAS TOLD CHANGING SPARK PLUGS, CABIN AIR FILTER, AND COOLANT FLUSH AND FUEL SYSTEM COULD STOP THE ODOR AND TO HAVE THESE DONE AND COME BACK IN 500 MILES. I SPEND THE NEXT FEW WEEKS MAKING RETURN TRIPS WITH EVEN HAVING A DYE ADDED TO THE ENGINE OIL TO SEE WHERE IT COULD BE LEAKING TO. COME AUGUST 2022 THEY DISCOVER THE ENGINE IS INTERNALLY CONSUMING THE OIL AND GOING INTO THE EXHAUST SYSTEM REQUIREING ALL THIS TO BE REPLACED. IN OCTOBER 2022 WE HAVE A NEW ENGINE INSTALLED AND ARE SENT ON OUR WAY AND WITHIN THREE MONTHS BEGIN TO HAVE OIL LEAKING AND BURNING SMELL AGAIN. WE ARE NOW IN JANUARY 13TH 2023 AND HAVE THE VEHICLE IN SERVICE AGAIN. WE HAVE THE OIL DYE ADDED ONCE AGAIN TO SHORTEN THE TIME TOOK TO TRACK DOWN THE OIL LEAK AGAIN. WE FOLLOW UP ON JANUARY 26TH 2023 AND ARE TOLD THE OIL IS COMING FROM THE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR HOUSING AND GASKETS AND THIS WOULDN'T BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY OF THE ENGINE REPLACEMENT FROM THREE MONTHS PRIOR. Was patient on payment but called nearly every day. After I bought the car the won't return my calls to tell me how the auto start works. Immediately after purchase things in the vehicle went wrong. The auto open on the back stopped working, I had to pay to get new valve covers and gasket. The side mirrors shorted out and don't adjust anymore. And they never sent the title to the BMV so I had to call the operator 4 times for her just to say it was looked over and sent it after waiting a month. All in all I like the car but at 17 grand in cash they still sent me out with an empty tank of gas, things not working on the car, and won't return my phone calls on the auto start. So far I'm a little over $500 in fixing things on it I was told were all good and looked over. They actually saw a light on and sent it back to their service department and it was a low fuel light and no one ever thought to see if there was gas in it. Should have been my first clue. More
Started good but when I guestioned why the vehicle had a biohazard listing they did not know about it and wanted to know where I saw that. After telling them they stopped returning my calls and text.
