Started my service request in July and Eva in the service department was a great help. The only issue I had here was the miscommunication which made the experience a little more difficult and longer than it department was a great help. There was a time I was told that my parts arrived ready to install, and when I went to get service, they told me they haven’t arrived yet. However, I can tell the service department did their best to make things right, including giving me a loaner car to hold for the week. I was misled into thinking my vehicle was going to be repaired by a woman who apparently does not know her job and entered false information in the notes from our call. Nick was amazing. I had a vehicle in mind weeks before it even arrived.
