Kylee was an amazing salesperson. Listened, did not push, found what I wanted in a difficult time. I felt that, having done research ahead, that I got the trade-in for my old car that I expected. We just purchased a vehicle and had a very good experience with this dealership. With the chip shortage and in demand Rav4, Robert looked for the Hybrid 2021 Rav4 that we wanted in other dealers experience with this dealership. With the chip shortage and in demand Rav4, Robert looked for the Hybrid 2021 Rav4 that we wanted in other dealership and he was able to reserve it for us last minute notice. Dalton Miller helped us with the sales transaction and paperwork and he was accommodating with our questions even on his day off. He even took the paperwork for us to sign in Indianapolis so on arrival and pickup of the car, it was just smooth sailing <30minute stay in the dealer. Spencer, in finance was not pushy to get the other warranties/add-ons that other salesman used to do. Overall, great experience and would buy again in this dealership. More
I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rohrman Toyota in August of 2021 and it will be my last. The actual car buying experience was frustrating because we communicated with our salesperson that we had a specific of 2021 and it will be my last. The actual car buying experience was frustrating because we communicated with our salesperson that we had a specific amount of time due to my husband needing to leave for work. We made an appointment and clearly communicated our needs and the finance team was not even made aware that we were coming. When I expressed my frustration and explained that we would not be able to wait past a certain time, the salesman acted like it was never guaranteed that an appointment would ensure a time and acted like I was mistaken that he had assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I had him go back and read our prior communication and he seemed to remember then. In addition to this, I was told that the car had been fully checked over and that all routine and preventative maintenance had been completed, i.e. tires, brakes, tune up, etc. I drove the car for two weeks and the car was vibrating horribly. I took it in for service and they said the front brakes were a 2 out of 10 and the rotors were shot. I explained how I had been told that all maintenance of that type had been performed before I purchased the car. After much debate between the service manager and the sales manager, they agreed to replace the brake pads and rotors but said I would have to pay $180 for the brake line flush. I asked if this should have/would have been done had the brakes been done before they sold the car as they should have been. The service tech said yes, it would have been done. I said that I failed to see why I should have to pay for it then. I was told that this was all they were willing to do. I explained that I would happily give my money to someone else for the brake line flush and I wouldn’t be giving it to them on principle. I’m floored that Rohrman would choose to lose all future car buying profitability from a customer based on $180 when they were clearly in the wrong. More
