My experience with sales consultant Kylee Thompson was fantastic. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She made me feel like a person not a sale. She even came in on her day off so that I could pick up my vehicle within my timeframe. The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. My experience was overall good so far. Robert / Sales Manager was very attentive in responding to my inquiries, compared to the other 3 to 4 other Toyota dealerships I contacted during the purchase proce Manager was very attentive in responding to my inquiries, compared to the other 3 to 4 other Toyota dealerships I contacted during the purchase process of my 2021 Tundra. The only disappointment was my Zeibart protection plan for which I will have to drive several hours to go get it done in my vehicle. I am also still waiting to receive the documentation to go to the DMV facility and get the license plates. The temporary tag expires in about 3 weeks. Other than that, I'm enjoying the truck. More
