I wasn’t told my car was ready. When arriving, I went to the service desk and was told to go to the cashier. The cashier had no paperwork for me and told me I should have stopped at the service desk. When she came back with it, she told me AGAIN that I should have gone to the service desk. Then the service advisor also told me I should have gone to the service desk. I didn’t appreciate being told repeatedly that I should have done something that I absolutely did do. They did not communicate after having my car for an oil change for over three hours (and I did have an appointment) and then there must not be any communication between employees either. More

I met Frank Berenda Last Tuesday & he was in charge of my sale and treated me with utmost respect (I explained to him what a horrible experience I had the day before with Bosak Jeep dealership in Merrillville where I had been a loyal customer). Drew Vance was very helpful and hands on to make me happy & feel comfortable with my purchase decision. I came in a week later to have heated seats installed in my car and again I was amazed and pleased with the guest service not just mine but the interactions of guests as well. I had met Ben Streitmatter for the first time & he took care of me immediately with no problems and of course I originally had no idea where to go so I did have a brief encounter with the guys and one lady in service & they were very nice and helpful as well. 😊 More

The dealership has a lot of highly professional and friendly employees. It is kept very clean especially the restrooms and has open areas with comfortable seating.
