I've been generally pleased with this dealership and service center, and on this visit, I was very pleased to see the employees wearing masks and keep I've been generally pleased with this dealership and service center, and on this visit, I was very pleased to see the employees wearing masks and keeping the custormers six feet apart. I took my car in for the 42 month service, and I asked that, in addition to the specified checks, they check the alignment. I find no indication at all that this last part of the job was done. I don't appreciate requesting a service and having my request ignored. More

Clean and pleasant and professional sales people and building. Sales people know their autos from stem to stern and show the buyer, in order, all about the car plus all extras that are available. Each booklet is explained and this was done while the mgr and financial Dept worked on the sale and trade (if there is one) in a very timely manner. Car was brought in for oil change and coolant flush. We were then told the water pump was bad. We agreed to have it replaced but, when they were putting the belt back on the tensioner broke.
