After having purchased 6 new cars in 7 years from my local Toyota dealership only to have them CONSTANTLY try to up sell unneeded service options at every maintenance interval, I decided to try Bob Rohr local Toyota dealership only to have them CONSTANTLY try to up sell unneeded service options at every maintenance interval, I decided to try Bob Rohrman Toyota. I had a warranty issue with my current vehicle so I took it to them. The repairs had some hiccups along the way, but at every step Austin worked hard to make it right. Eventually, after meeting with Zac Kinch the GM, I opted to just trade in the vehicle toward a new RAV4 Hybrid and I have to say I love it. I was treated fairly, professionally, and kindly, every step of the way. I was presented with Braeden in sales, and Brock in finance. Both were great. At the final steps as I was doing my walk around of the new car, Drew came out thanked me for the purchase and very professionally verified with me that I was happy in the process and transaction. These folks treated me WAY better than the dealership I had been doing business with for years. I have nothing but positive to say about this dealership and employees, and I will happily recommend them to anyone who asks. More

I came to this car dealership as my dad was buying a new car from them and I was buying his car. My dad had preordered his car and had already arranged that I was going to pay 5000 dollars for his car. With car from them and I was buying his car. With covid going on and everything already prearranged - we were hoping to be in and out quickly. When the manager came back with what I would be paying- I about dropped my jaw- over 6500 when my dad was charging me 5000 to buy his car. I quickly looked up Indiana car sales tax- which would be 350 dollars (7 percent of 5000) and figured there would be some sort of title fee- so guessing if I went to the BMV instead it would cost me about 5500. So they tried to swindle me 1000 dollars extra! The manager then said he would take it down my $250 and I immediately said we would take the car to the BMV. Unreal. He did end up decreasing the cost to 5600- but after quite a bit of time haggling. Not worth the tax money my dad was going to save by trading it in thru them. I also asked if my friend Trey Rohrman was around and the manager said he was not. About 45 minutes later I heard his name paged over head to pick up the phone. Wouldn’t trust the manager (Drew) with anything as it seems he clearly lied to me as well. Also I had said from the beginning I have a baby at home and will need to get back quickly. We basically sat for 1.5 hours waiting for all of this. We arrived at 2:00, signed a few papers, took 5 minutes to test drive my dads new car in the parking lot, and I took about 7 minutes to sign the papers and make the payment at the end. I ended up leaving at 3:45 after having said multiple times I really needed to leave by 3:30.The two car sales people we worked with were kind and friendly but after feeling taken advantage of by the manager and having to sit for almost two hours while other places have massively decreased waits due to covid- this service was exceedingly disappointing. More
