Had my 2020 Hyundia Santa Fe in to get an oil change and a recall on the rear hatch wiring harness. Upon arrival I notice oily smudges on my center console pad, steering wheel, and drivers side door trim pa a recall on the rear hatch wiring harness. Upon arrival I notice oily smudges on my center console pad, steering wheel, and drivers side door trim panel. When I opened the door to get out of the vehicle there oil smudges on the belt mounding on the outside on drivers door, multiple marks on the front edge of hood, passenger rear side door frame and glass. And where the recall was done at the rear hatch top left corner down to the left rear quarter glass and top corner of hatch oily residue from dirty oily hands.I know that sometimes you get these kind of marks on vehicles that have been worked on, but you should check and clean all marks that were put on by the tech. This was my first visit for this vehicle and it will be my last one. Sorry dissatisfied customer. More

Sooooo easy to get a vehicle. My old car wasn’t drivable and they delivered my new car to me AT WORK! I didn’t have to go to the dealer at all. Went in for oil change and check engine light under warranty. Was told a part needed ordered and I should go Into a rental car. I had been driving my car for the last five days and the advisor said I warranty. Was told a part needed ordered and I should go Into a rental car. I had been driving my car for the last five days and the advisor said I shouldn’t drive it for the reason behind the check engine light, and that the engine might lock up. They completed the oil change and as I was walking out I realized they over charged me for the oil change ( I had provided my own oil and everyone involved was completely aware.) when i went back in to let them know, the advisor took a quick peek at the invoice and told them to refund one of the line items I had been charged for. Thing is they didn’t refund me for the oil I was over charged for. And I was still being overcharged for the service visit. It was only a few dollars so I let it go, it’s the principal of being overcharged for a service and when it’s brought to the attention of the advisor they didn’t even spend enough time looking to correct the problem properly. More
I was very disappointed in my experience this time I was disappointed in the service i got this time. In the past I was very pleased but I called ahead and verified the dealership would be wearing mas I was disappointed in the service i got this time. In the past I was very pleased but I called ahead and verified the dealership would be wearing masks before setting appointment and when I got there the first thing I saw is the service tech talking to the car ahead of me with no mask and only a few feet from them. Then I went to bathroom and cleaning lady came in without a mask in a small enclosed bathroom and when I asked her about it she said she wasn't wearing one. Then the service rep tried to tell me I hadn't been in since Feb. when in fact I was there in May. for the 1,000 mile check and when I insisted she was wrong and had proof of it she did correct it. My 2016 is using oil and I am needing your dealership to make it right. I only have about 53,600 miles on car and it's been using oil like crazy. This is my third Sonata and in the past I was always satisfied until now More
