I called for warranty work .. they stated they didn’t have a loaner for me until I said I expect one since it’s apart of my lease. They had my car from Thursday through the weekend and said it’d be Monday since they had to order a part. I had to call in to check on the status on Monday and they said it’d actually be Tuesday. I call back Tuesday for Chase to inform me the part ordered was incorrect and they had to order the correct one. I told them I would just come get my car and THEY need to call me(which I repeated he needed to call ME) when the right part is in. It’s been 2 days which they said is how long it takes to get parts in. I have not heard from Chase. His communication is terrible. I’ve had great experiences with Michael and would prefer to work with him moving forward. More

Terrible people to work with. I had some questions about the "routine maintenance" done on my car. Hard to reach anyone to talk and when I was finally able to reach someone, they said they'll have a manager the "routine maintenance" done on my car. Unfortunately I have to go to work so I can't be waiting and redialling their number all day until someone finally picks up. I stopped calling and just accepted the fact that these people do not care and they just hope things pass and the customer forget they have an issue. They didn't even do an accurate update of the Carfax so I have an accurate history of their service. They updated it after I called but they still did not put everything. I do not know a lot about cars and that was why I went to them because I assumed they would know what they were doing but I only became a victim of their unreliable and honestly, lying, staff. Because at one point, I did ask them a question on one of the services they were recommending and he flat out lied about the frequency of its need. I was at work and did not have a chance to verify anything that he was saying so I decided to trust him. That was a big mistake. They have a website scheduler and service option selection that doesn't mean anything because they still don't know what they are supposed to do when I got there. For a Hyundai dealership, it seemed like they don't even have access to basic information such as routine maintenance tasks for their cars. The only service they care about is what they can do to make you pay more than whatever was necessary. More
I've noticed the last few visits that the response time for receiving mostly routine service has gotten slower. We purchased a 2017 Genesis G80 in November. It was missing a piece from the front bumper. Rather than driving 3 hours back to have the piece added, we were told they would order the piece, paint it a missing a piece from the front bumper. Rather than driving 3 hours back to have the piece added, we were told they would order the piece, paint it and get it right in the mail to us. Over the next FIVE months, we called and spoke to the parts manager, Ken, many, many times. Each time he 'recalled' our conversation and were told various stories....they forgot to order it, it was lost in the paint shop, etc... They called in March to let us know it was in the mail. Two weeks later, still no piece. We finally called Genesis corporate who would assure us they would take care of it. Two days later we received the piece, which had been sent by 2-day air. We attempt to pop the piece in, and discover they had sent the WRONG PIECE. So over this dealership. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed we drove 3 hours to give them our business, only to be dismissed so easily by them. More
