I don't understand why is takes over an hour for a service. Also, I feel like some of the things they suggest need to be done are not necessary. My Santa Fe is 4 years old and my remotes weren't working correctly. While I was in town, I stopped in and asked about it and they said that I needed to come in when they weren't working at all which is crazy. I pushed and finally he got the batteries checked and that is what was wrong. Things like this should be on the list to check during a service. More
