Very friendly, and accommodating, while we waited for our car to get fixed, they offered us a ride if we wanted to go somewhere while we waited. They dropped us off and picked us up. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would. This honestly was the worst car buying experience of my life. This dealership is a scam and has terrible customer service. I bought a vehicle from and within two weeks of having it I had issues with it. I took it to a dealership near my home and they told me there was $1400 worth of pre existing problems with his vehicle. I called Bob Rohrman and no one wanted to help me. They never returned phone calls like promised. They pretty much told me I was out of luck, they would not allow me to return the vehicle even though I had just bought. less then two weeks prior. I practically was begging for them to take the vehicle back but due to me signing a paper saying no returns, I could not. So be careful, no one explained this paper at all to me. I was taken advantage of as a young car buyer. Finally after weeks of me harassing them they only agreed to pay for half the damages which was complete garbage because everything wrong with the vehicle was all preexisting when I bought it and was not made aware of damages. Worst customer service of my life. Would not recommend at all. More
