Good Morning - This time around I didn't think the communication was as on-point than the last time I came in. However I must say, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a couple suggestions to help Bob Rohrman Hyundai service be one step better. One thought is to vacuum the floors of the car after service is complete. I appreciate my floors being clean more so than the outside. If one or the other has to be chosen I would definitely vacuum over washing the outside however both would really take the service up to a whole new level. :) One last suggestion would be placing water bottles in the driver's cup holders right before they arrive to pick up the vehicle. Or at least offer a couple water bottles before they take depart. Doing this shows care for the driver as well as advertisement for you. It's surprising what you read/look at while you're waiting in the school pick up line. :) Customers seeing your name on the water bottle another time wouldn't be all that bad for you all. :) More

Only marked "Yes" to recommend this service center as I hope the following is an outlier of the 11 years of good service I had from this service department. This past month, I came in to have the servic hope the following is an outlier of the 11 years of good service I had from this service department. This past month, I came in to have the service department check my engine fluid levels and inspect for leaks as oil level was well above normal and coolant level was much lower than normal. This was after I had them do an oil change and coolant flush a few weeks prior (460 miles since that work was done). Note: I did remove 4 quarts and replace with 2 new quarts to ensure I wasn't running with too much/tainted lubricant in the engine until I could get it in to be inspected. In the end, I was charged for a service visit and was told that all the systems checked out as there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the engine. No explanation was given why engine had 2 more quarts than needed which is the main basis of the lower rating. More
The service advisor was new and did a very good job, very friendly. I do not like the automated scheduling and I don't think it should take 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation.
