They sold me a vehicle that the car fax indicated was fixed. I wasn’t and when I took it back they told me off. I went and had it assessed by a independent mechanic and it was far more of a problem than fixed. I wasn’t and when I took it back they told me off. The whole experience was fine except for the delay in picking up the car due to it not being clean yet. It was agreed on Monday when I signed paperwork that the car would be treated for the smoke smell picking up the car due to it not being clean yet. It was agreed on Monday when I signed paperwork that the car would be treated for the smoke smell & detailed to remove some stains. I told them I planned to pick it up on Saturday around 1 or 2pm. The salesman called me at 12:45 to say that the car wasn't clean yet and asked for me to either wait until the following Monday or bring it back for them to finish cleaning it. I live an hour away from the dealership & I didn't want to take it back, so I had to drive my current car for another two days after having cleaned everything out of it before the trade-in. The salesman did deliver it that following Monday so I didn't have to go back over to Lafayette that evening, which was much appreciated. I still don't understand why they didn't have it clean after 4 full business days. Other than that I had no issues. More
