Service department was friendly and prompt. Over the years I called in and talked to a service person and it has always been positive. I recently called in to schedule a service appointment and ended up talking to an automated system which was highly frustrating. I sincerely hope I can always talk directly with an advisor in the future. If not I have other options to have my service done. During my last visit I was also frustrated with the waiting area. The seating was tight, and the vending machines were out of order. I wanted a water for my wife and had no options. I recently lived in Ohio and serviced my vehicles at Hinderer Honda in Heath. Their waiting area was perfect, welcoming, and offered free snacks and drinks.. Would suggest you benchmark them. More

I don't feel that the B1 service was done. Low tire pressure cane on next day. Tire rotation did not get done. Fluids under hood only done with another service? They tried to sell me. The dealership was good and the salesman was also good. I am sorry they felt that I deceived them on my trade but things were discovered that I was unaware of but I also have found items on my purchase tha I am sorry they felt that I deceived them on my trade but things were discovered that I was unaware of but I also have found items on my purchase that now will cost close to a thousand dollars to repair or replace but I understand it is not a new car I purchased. The Rohrman service department has not been very customer service oriented in the past, but it is good to see they have made some changes and turn things around.
