Mazda is unable to complete the work necessary for my headlight. The part is back ordered 8+ months. I consider this a safety issue. I took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation, your mechanics forgot to screw back the bolt that holds the oil pan. I drove my vehicle for few hours until I saw the leak under my vehicle and heard a we mechanics forgot to screw back the bolt that holds the oil pan.
