When I called to schedule an appt. I spoke to Jerry and let him know that I was due for maintenance. He was co descending and basically acted confused by a “maintenance” appt. even though I had an email f let him know that I was due for maintenance. Because I didn’t know how else to explain what I needed. Once i asked his name, and he knew I was upset, he changed his tune. I was treated this way by Robert as well when I first bought my car. I’m sure plenty of people call the service department and may not have their “wording” correct, but no one needs to be treated in a condescending manner or as if I was wasting someone’s time. Service reps should kindly provide assistance in a respectful way that does not make a customer feel stupid. Jessica, who is no longer there apparently, treated me kindly. When I did bring my car in for the maintenance needs I let the person who was from the downtown dealership know that I wouldn’t work with jerry. He helped me himself and was professional and kind which is the only reason I gave high star ratings. More
