Poor service, Had my Mazda for almost 3 weeks after an accident and nothing was done. Couldn't take pictures or upload estimate to USAA. I personally had to go to the dealership to take the pictures for accident and nothing was done. Couldn't take pictures or upload estimate to USAA. I personally had to go to the dealership to take the pictures for the USAA field adjuster and upload them myself. I then told Lane that he needed to upload their estimate into the CCC one database for mechanics so that USAA could completed estimate. Didn't get completed because of the firewall. Moved vehicle to another dealer and estimate is being taken care of the day they received the car. Will NEVER buy a car, use their service department, or recommend them to anyone . More

A nice facility. I was in and out pretty quickly. The reason for the 5 stars is that I went in with a high APR and they told me they could beat it and they did by another 2.5%! They were patient with my various and multitude of questions regarding financing. They would not budge on the price of the car but they did throw in 4 new tires considering the ones on the car were nearly bald. I also appreciated that they drove my car to me after detailing it (the purchase was late at night and their shop was closed for detailing). That saved me at least 2 car trips. I would suggest this dealer to those wanting a Mazda. More
