I have gone here for oil changes for several years. This past experience was my first negative one. I dropped my car off and got an Uber home quickly, so that was great. I texted my service tech and asked them to replace the back windshield wiper. The tech said no problem. When I arrived four hours later to get my car, it was still not ready because they had to (apparently) get the wiper blade from elsewhere (if I’d known this I would have said never mind, but wasn’t told this would add time and be a considerable cost). The tech and mechanic talked about me as “the upsale customer” in front of me and said to “do mine because I’m there.” He then made me stand in line for another 20 minutes (about 30 minutes of waiting at this point) while he went out of his way to help other customers. When he finally checked me out, after waiting at least 40-45 minutes, he charged me $47 for one windshield wiper replacement. He offered no discount or apology. RIDICULOUS More
The deal was ok. Matthew was the salesman. Upon taking the car over I noticed that the window washer fluid was low, he simply said to take it to the service center an Matthew was the salesman. Matthew also failed to put the temporary tags on the car before giving us the keys. We didn’t notice that until we got home. I notified them at once of this it took them four days to email us the tag, they could have done that on Friday. More
