We bought our used Ford Explorer Sport from LeRoy and we enjoyed the process from start to finish. He made everything very easy and was straightforward about the entire process. We were a little bummed that our car didn't come with a spare key fob, so LeRoy split the cost of a new key fob with us! We later brought the car back for a couple of service items and Victoria was super helpful and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. She got us into a loaner car and coordinated the service along with the tire patch and windshield replacement in the same visit. We just dropped the car off, and she took care of everything for us. I couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be coming back for any future purchases! More
