Frustrating wait times. Told hour and a half but took 2 and a half. Was in for an oil change. Felt like there was a lot of Upselling of services with verbose explaining. But when I declined due to another hour required I was told it was ok to wait til next time. So was the service needed or not??? A car is a machine - what does it need??? Authorized a service that was not completed. My paperwork says my car was washed and vacuumed- it was not. Totally HATE the text communication system - just talk to me please! Based on my service experiences over the years (customer since 2014) I am likely to choose a different make of car in the future More
When buying a brand new car at full rice they should show a little appreciation with all weather mats or window tint. Something to make you want to go back or refer others. Service line is very helpful, they fixed a chip in the windshield but upon inspection at home the plug seemed to have come out when possibly scraping the residue off so we did have to reseals it ourselves windshield but upon inspection at home the plug seemed to have come out when possibly scraping the residue off so we did have to reseals it ourselves. A but disappointed the dealership insisted on skipping the cert pre owned since it was a “new” arrival (it was a model car with 5k miles). I’m being told it was used so this and that can be covered and someone else says it’s new so this rather than that applies. Makes no sense and honestly isn’t worth the headache after a few days of going back and forth. My family has previosly bought 6 cars from this dealership and am questioning how they handle their customer service, they did offer me to refund and give back the car but I would have just appreciated better understanding and clarification than just ignoring my concerns and coming to only that solution. More
In the beginning I was sort of pessimistic. But after talking and dealing with Zach, he made me feel comfortable and he understood exactly what I was looking for in a car or a vehicle. He didn't try to force anything on me, he * Tro explained everything to me in details and in doing so he got the job done and I was very very pleased. I would highly recommend Bob Penkhus to anyone. More
