got shafted. they did not fix my van, made a new key and now my old key DOES NOT WORK, Also my van still won,t run. Also no matter what they say I told them everything wrong and they did not do anything. didn't do video inspection till AFTER I got a ride to pick up my van just to find out it wasn't fixed. Horrible Customer Service I recently purchased vehicle here that needed a few items addressed as part of the “We Owe”. The sales department, specifically Steve, was great but t I recently purchased vehicle here that needed a few items addressed as part of the “We Owe”. The sales department, specifically Steve, was great but the service department was not pleasant. There is a very clear night and day distinction between this service location on Test Drive and the one located in Motor City. The service department at the Test Drive location lacks dramatically in communication and customer service skills. One day all parts needed were in the shop and the next day it wasn’t. Not once did I receive an update or a courtesy call from the service department. If it weren’t for Steve in the sales department, my car would probably still sit there. However, I will say that the body shop and auto techs at the Test Drive location did do a great job with the repairs. What is keeping me from coming back to this service department location is the lack of communication and lack of customer service. I have the Penkhus 123 service but will only service at Motor City from now on Such a hassle to get anything done at Test Drive! More

I purchased an expensive SUV here. Within about one thousand miles, the power steering pump went up. Assuming they'd stand behind the vehicle, I brought it in.
