Professional I had been looking for new Ford F-150 trucks on the internet for about a week before I decided to test drive one and which one to buy. I test drove a 5.0 L and 2.7 L at another dealership and was quite impressed with the new technology. I made an appointment with Bob Moore to test drive the 3.3 L F-150. When I met Kyle, he had an F-150 XLT ready for me to drive. He showed me some of the external features of the vehicle and then instrument panel and inside features before and during the test drive. Kyle was friendly, polite, and professional to me and my wife through the entire purchase process. After we had completed all the paperwork for the purchase, Kyle had the vehicle cleaned inside and out with a full tank of gas and once again went over the vehicle features with us.
