We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Ryan drove 4 hours to deliver our car so we didnt have to make the hike again, they also went out of their way to ensure our happiness with the vehicle. However I am still somewhat shocked at how pleasant my car buying experience at Bob Moore Ford was! Brittany Trattner was an absolute pleasure to work with! The selection and buying process was the most hassle free car buying experience that I have ever experienced! She started off with a few key questions to ensure that she showed me things in my price point and with features that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and I'm extremely happy to have found one that I love! I would absolutely recommend to everyone to come here to at least look and find out how easy it is to get into your next car! More
Question the validity I had several recall notices on my vehicle when I contacted the service department. Upon arrival I was told that only one applied and one was an exte I had several recall notices on my vehicle when I contacted the service department. Upon arrival I was told that only one applied and one was an extension of airbag warranty and no others required service. I was told the vehicle would be completed that day but was not informed that it would not get completed until I call after the time it was to be completed. I was notified the next day that my battery needed to be replaced, the service tech had to jump my car 10 min from the time I parked it outside the service center . Not sure how that could be when I had not been having a problem with it. So $182 later I drove home felling that I had been taken advantage of, just questioning the services. More
