Took vehicle in for Ac repairs After tech diagnostics the compressor was replaced but AC still didn’t work when I picked the vehicle up. Then the Tech thought the condenser coil cou After tech diagnostics the compressor was replaced but AC still didn’t work when I picked the vehicle up. Then the Tech thought the condenser coil could be plugged and wanted to charge me another $1000 to change it out with no guarantees this was the issue. Called Diffy Ford the tech said it was an issue with a expansion valve. Very disappointed with the service you will no longer be servicing my fleet vehicles or working on my personal trucks More
Recall I got a letter from Ford in May saying there was a recall on my truck but not to worry about it unless you experience problems. It said a wrench will show up on your screen and the vehicle will down shift to 1st gear & will stay in 1st gear. Four months later I’m pulling up to a 4 way stop & as the truck is coasting to stop I see a wrench on the screen. When it’s my turn the truck only goes like 3 mph exactly how the letter described. I take the truck to Bob Moore & when it’s time to pick up they say it’s gonna cost $500 because it wasn’t the same thing as the recall. I’ve bought 2 new cars in my life & they’ve both been Fords. I feel like they ripped me off. I love my truck, its a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 6” lift kit. I might feel different about buying another Ford in 6 months but I won’t feel different about Bob Moore’s service department. The more people I tell the more I’m led to believe that they probably charged Ford for the recall work & then charged me also & someone put the money in their pocket. More

My husband has a 2015 King Ranch F150 4x4.... we were so impressed with the service departments appearance when we purchased my explorer that we decided to take his truck to Bob Moore to be looked at..... they provided us with a loaner and were so patient while we were trying to work out issues with the warranty company..... I cant Express how grateful i am for their wonderful service. Thank you for helping us get through this unfortunate event. More

Recall service went as expected. Service advisor had us bring the car in in the morning and called for us to come pick it up early afternoon.
