Very unsatisfying The servicr advisor told me that in order for them to be able to fix an actuator on my vehicle they were going to have to remove the whole dash board The servicr advisor told me that in order for them to be able to fix an actuator on my vehicle they were going to have to remove the whole dash board and come to find out it was not even close to being true all i had to do was remove my radio and remove the old one it was more then 10 screws and took me no moore then an hour they jeff my advisor was charging me 500.00 plus parts worse experience ever More

Great Customer Service I came into Bob Moore Ford on Monday the 28th. This was not a planed service, as I was simply traveling from Vinita to Ardmore. I had a blown radiat I came into Bob Moore Ford on Monday the 28th. This was not a planed service, as I was simply traveling from Vinita to Ardmore. I had a blown radiator hose on a 2018 F-150. I had talked to Dusty Rose on the phone and he got my vehicle right in. I was given a loaner vehicle to continue my trip to Ardmore. After my work training on the 29th, I returned to the dealer and my vehicle was finished and they sent me on my way. From my personal experience with other dealers, the customer service was unmatched. Dusty and the rest of the service crew went out of their way to get me back on the road with little to no time wasted. I have never been a customer of Bob Moore Ford, but would highly recommend them.
