No inspection was done on my car. I came into Bob Moore Ford early Tuesday morning to get an airbag recall taken care of. I was depending on the service to also include a free, detailed multi-point inspection. They gave me an inspection sheet with everything marked in the green and so I decided to double check their work and I find no fluids topped off, front brakes under 5mm, and rear brakes under 3mm. I'm giving a 2 star rather than a one star only for the fact that they finished my car and contacted me on or before the ETA the service advisor gave me. I rely on the dealership to accurately check all the maintinence that needs to be preformed on my car since I don't have a vehicle lift at home to check for myself. If my inspection would have been done correctly, this review would have been a 4 star. More

Scam! just got bent over by the service department for a xx diagnosis to replace a part ($6 Shradder valve) that wasn't faulty which necessitated a $430 ser just got bent over by the service department for a xx diagnosis to replace a part ($6 Shradder valve) that wasn't faulty which necessitated a $430 service on my AC which is double than average cost! When I talked to the service department they stood behind their database and scoffed as if "how dare you question our authority"? Josh was actually nice and respectfully explained the repair and cost but Jeff Gann is a bloody wanker! Definitely won't be back! More
