I only bring my vehicle to Bob Moore and it is nice to get to know the service staff and see familiar faces each time I bring my vehicle in. They know me by name & always greet me with a smile. I am kept informed of the progress during my stay & a follow up text & thank you card are always sent to me. Free WiFi is available & they offer to drive you to work, home, etc. Great place! 😊 More

In the morning following a brief wait in line for the shop to open, I was greeted.by My service advisor Dusty who explained the dash would have to be removed which could take several hours, However, I had anticipated leaving the vehicle. and as I live close by he was able to arrange for a ride home. Warranty Repair Took my GT350 to have some cosmetics repaired under the bumper to bumper warranty. All parts were replaced. I went in three different days and test drove vehicles and she also took me to Bob Moore Cadillac to test drive a Cadillac.. when I picked out the vehicle it was going to take two or three days to get it ready and delana called me every day and get kept me updated. In 40 years I've dealt with several dealerships this was the most pleasant and effortless purchase I've ever made. I feel like their customer service went well above the norm and I will recommend to anyone and I will deal with them again More
