Josh had Me covered- 105k mile service. Josh got me checked in, good follow up on this large amount of Diesel fluids/filters TBO service and kept me informed. Small token of appreciation by a service dept that I was impressed with at Reynolds Ford in past. My current diesel truck was originally purchased at Bob Moore so thought I’d stay with Dealer of record. Sometimes it’s the smaller details that matter. More
