My experience with Bob Moore Ford was great. I give Bob Moore Ford 5 star because I received excellent service from all I came in contact with. Brought car in on Monday morning. So they had some one else bring me home. Car was ready for pick up and I received the same courtesy. Customer service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly. Chad Richardson was Awesome. More

I scheduled my appointment online for 7am Saturday morning and showed up a few minutes early. When I arrived the gates were still locked until 7:05 then a guy pulled in next to me and opened them. I drove in and went to the service department door and waited until 7:30, then they opened the large doors and had me drive in. If your business hours have changed please update your appointment times online. More
