Not able to do what was needed No Diesel mechanics available to work on my truck when I arrived at 7am on 7-31-19, 1 week out at best?? My Diesel engine light is on and I now have No Diesel mechanics available to work on my truck when I arrived at 7am on 7-31-19, 1 week out at best?? My Diesel engine light is on and I now have to go to another service center, all services to my truck have been done at this center. Also asked to have a technician look at my tailgate to see if they could get it to open and close properly, no technicians available at the time 17 vehicles ahead of mine?? Oil change, tire balance and rotation, all completed in a timely manner as normal. Not happy about the lack of experienced technicians More

Great customer service Gary Baker was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with when buying my truck. He wasn't pushy, and worked with me to try and get a better deal. I was overall happy with my experience, however I did discover some issues with the truck after the purchase that were not apparent during the test drive and looking over the truck prior to purchase. It would not have impacted my decision to buy the truck, but I would have requested the issues be addressed if I had been aware of them. I feel like a truck as new and lightly used as this shouldn't have problems. More
