Above and beyond I took my Lincoln in for warranty repairs. Chad was friendly and professional. He explained up front what to expect. Parts had to be ordered and he ca I took my Lincoln in for warranty repairs. Chad was friendly and professional. He explained up front what to expect. Parts had to be ordered and he called several times to update of the progress. All estimated deliveries on parts and repair times were met or beat. They even repaired a small non warranty item at no cost. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I highly recommend them. More

Oil change. Oil change done. Gave me a list of things needed including rear wiper blade. Was checked by running windshield washer and then the wipers. Left all Oil change done. Sales/Finance Great! Sales Management typical The sales staff and finance manager definitely tried to go above and beyond for me; however, the sales management group did not. I negotiated my purch The sales staff and finance manager definitely tried to go above and beyond for me; however, the sales management group did not. I negotiated my purchase with the sales person via text/email/phone call and paperwork was supposed to be ready upon my arrival to save time (I was toting my 19month toddler along and with kids you don’t have hours to play the “buy a car” game); it was not ready and the management team wanted to continue the negotiation game for 2 hours. The finance manager pushed paperwork quickly and efficiently and was very understanding of my now overly exhausted toddler. All in all I did purchase a new vehicle but would like to see a truly streamlined buying experience that doesn’t take 3+ hours after the test drive and purchase price have been agreed upon. More
