Great customer service Jeff serviced (oil change) and detailed our car. Jeff went above and beyond in helping my husband get a loaner car to use that day so that he could visit me in the hospital. After Jeff was finished, our car looked better than it did the day we bought it! Jeff deserves to be recognized for his hard work and commitment to pleasing the customer! I have never had a car serviced at a dealership prior to this visit, however that will definitely be a standard for us now! Thanks Bob Moore Ford and Jeff!! More

5 years of excellent service, this year not so great Called to see if I could get an appointment, was told to just drop it off unless I wanted to wait 2 hours.
