And I have had some bad experiences with a couple just talking to them and even bought a car from one that I will never buy again from. They lied about the car. Was very pushy and kinda made me not too happy with car sales people. That is why I want to thank you for the time you spent. Yes, we weren’t happy after we got there and that the car that we were looking at was sold the night before and we did drive a long ways to get there. But you guys did make it right and found a car newer and less mileage and still in our price range. I was very impressed with your dealership. Seemed very family oriented. It was worth the drive and I would gladly refer my friends to take a drive out there. I was also really impressed even with you. I have a son your age and you made a really good impression with your knowledge and you represent your company very well. He took time with me, and I feel he worked to get me the absolute best deal Normally I am a nervous wreck having to make a car purchase but my fears were quelled as the time passed. It just felt right. I left with a beautiful new Sonata, at a very fair price. I also found Lourdes Tellez to be very, very efficient, friendly, and wonderful to work with. She's really on top of her game. You can tell this is a very fine dealership as these employees seem to be very happy working there. This was a very good day. More

I first called for a price comparison since there was another dealer closer to our home. We knew which car we wanted and when Clayton offered to send somebody right to our home to do the paperwork, I wa another dealer closer to our home. We went to Bob Mayberry Hyundai to look at the new 2013 Elantra. Justin Michaud introduced himself. Justin was so nice and very knowledgeable about the Elantra we were looking at. Justin suggested that we might get a better rate from the credit union where we bank and he was correct. I have to say Justin went way beyond what any salesman I have ever dealt with has ever gone. He was the nicest young man, he was very knowledgeable about the car and the other cars on the lot, he didn't pressure us to buy a car but was there with help when we needed it. I will definitly purchase another car from Justin the next time I am in the market for one. Justin worked with the bank for us to make the purchase easy. When it came time to sign the papers he introduced us to Lourdes Tellez the business manager. Lourdes was so nice and friendly she made us feel very comfortable from the start. She explained all the paper work we needed to sign and answered all our questions. Since it was very cold outside Justin had the car nice and warm for us. Before we left he set up the bluetooth device with my phone and went through all the little things I needed to know before I drove off in my new Elantra Limited sedan.
