Lannie Ledford was our sales person and he was outstanding. He got the independent inspection required by my credit union to purchase the car across state lines. He stayed in constant communication with us and had the documents we needed faxed in a heartbeat. The women at my credit union all knew Lannie by name & asked about him as if they knew him when I got back with the car. Lannie not only made a great impression on me, he made the same impression on everyone he spoke with. Every one at the dealership had the same helpful attitude. They even gave us a CD to listen to on the 4 hr trip home. The prices we saw there on other cars were lower than we had found anywhere. My friend who drove me over there to pick up the car was so impressed, she said she would check with them when she was ready for a new car. She thought the drive was worth it for the price & service. I wanted an extra key (I knew I would need it eventually). The parts manager sent the extra key immediately. What could have been an ordeal was an absolute delight. I had never met any of these folks before but felt like they were honestly trying to help me & not just make a sale. Everything they said in their internet ad was 100% true. We bought a new Genesis 4.6 and could not be happier. At every step in the process, we were always impressed in the way we were treated. As an example, the dealer closest to our house added $1,000 dollars on the sticker in the window for some sort of "special feature package". We did not want it. Bob King Hyundai, Mazda is about 79 miles from our home, but we will bring the car to Bob King Hyundai for service since they are really that good. The test drive went well with both cars and then Jeremy gave my wife and I time alone to work out our decision. Even though closing time was just around the corner, at no point did anyone make us feel uncomfortable or try to push us back another day. Since we had our own financing, we just needed to confirm a price and settle the deal. What a pleasant experience, my mother's first comment was "that's how car salesmen are supposed to be dressed", apparently the "casual" work attire at most places had not pleased her. Bruce was absolutely the best at taking the time necessary to show the vehicles we were interested in to my parents thoroughly, answering all questions with knowledge that one only has from knowing their product well. The dealership had a great price on a vehicle that as my husband said, had my parents written all over it, which ultimately they decided to purchase.
