Customer Service: Monte explained the various features of the Genesis in detail. After determining which car we were interested in, he moved the car to the shade to discuss the many features. Friendliness: greeted us each time with a big smile, friendly, courteous and helpful attitude. Overall Experience: the best we encountered in our car shopping experience. Monte made us feel good about spending our money with Bob King. In this day when customer service seems not to be a high priority, Monte showed us this is not true for a Bob King customer. He is proud of his product, the Service department and the dealership. Price: It seems the Hyundai Genesis offers more for the money than other similar cars such as the Infiniti, Maxima, and Lexus. I requested information from Amy Meza, their internet manager, on 2 cars. She answered those questions by email before I arrived at the dealership. She referred me to another salesman, who referred me to manager, on 2 cars. She answered those questions by email before I arrived at the dealership. She referred me to another salesman, who referred me to Curtis Johnson. I did not have to wait. Mr. Johnson was honest about the cars, gave me good information on two test drives, and worked with me so that I could afford one of them. He didn't appear to be a high-pressure salesman, but a person there to help me find what I wanted and could afford. Not only did he review the equipment with me, but he introduced me to persons in the service bay who will be servicing my car for regular maintenance. Their finance person, Beverly, answered my questions as well, with courtesy and grace. I believe I have a good car. I'm fairly certain I found a very good salesman. I would recommend to anyone that he or she see someone at this company before purchasing a new car. I recommend Mr. Johnson highly. I can recommend their service department as well. Last year and the year before, they serviced an older car I had. They were friendly, efficient, and, so far as I can tell, reasonable with their pricing and very good with their service. I'm happy to be working with them on the regular maintenance for my new car. A final note: I like manual drives, and I've seen auto salesmen who have difficulty with manuals themselves. Mr. Johnson didn't seem at all concerned that a 59-year-old woman living in the city likes manual drives and treated me as if I knew how to use a stick shift. That's not the usual thing. It's a small point, but it does count in the "customer service" and "overall experience" ratings above. My new car is the one I wanted: manual drive, 4-door, air conditioning, heat, radio/CD, 29+ average mpg, and close to the price I had hoped to pay. The 2-liter engine is a welcome bonus. More

She gave me a quote on the Genesis i wanted and we quickly arrived at a deal over the internet and telephone. You see, I already knew what I wanted. I had done my reseach. I had already been to a high volume Hyundai dealer in Charlotte where I live, but left disgusted about the way I was treated. I checked another local Hyundai dealer where I was treated very well, but not at the price I found at Bob King. I want to thank Curtis Johnson who took care of us when we traveled to Winston-Salem today. Curtis is the model of great service. I never once felt pushed or rushed. He was meticulous in making sure everything went perfectly and it did. He explained everything about the car and attended to all our needs from getting us refreshments to setting the nav for us to go home. Superb service! George in Finance was very easy to work with and did not push us to buy extra stuff. He was informative about what they offered, but did not step over the line like happened in Charlotte. From top to bottom, I had great service and got a great deal on my 2010 Genesis. Thank you, Bob King Hyundai. More
