We bought an used Infiniti from Karl. We had been working with him for about 2 months, waiting for the right time for us and the right car at the right price. We were very pleased with his honesty and knowl with him for about 2 months, waiting for the right time for us and the right car at the right price. We were very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. We value a salesperson who is straight forward without all the gimmicks and one liners. Since we are new owners of an Infinity, Karl was fantastic at giving us as much information as possible and always being able to answer all of our questions. Karl even took us back to the service area and introduced us to Tom, who is the person we will be calling for all of the service on our vehicle. He wanted to make sure we had a face to put with the name when we called him for an appointment. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and always courteous. In 2008 I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Avalon with an 5y Dated 2/4/2011 My best advice would be to get it in writing and read what you sign. In 2008 I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Avalon with an 5yr/100k mi extended warranty. I was told that I will get a loaner car with all service work (very important since I'm in sales). The first time in for service I was told to go to their Dorschel-Toyota for service. I quickly learned that they do not offer loaner vehicles and of coarse my salesman, John Malazzo, denied ever saying a loaner is always offered. Through much effort, they did finally offer me a loaner car. Apparently loaner cars are only offered on Infintis. This past week (2/2/2011) I brought my car in for front end issues and was told it is out of warranty (at 82k mi). Apparently, Josh G. sold me a warranty (on 3/31/08) that begins when the car was first put in service (11/2005); not when I purchased it. I was never informed about this critical detail. So I essentially paid $1,000 for an additional 2 years of warranty coverage and NOT the 5 years as originally presented to me. Had I known this, I would never have bought the warranty and Josh probably was aware of that. Josh has been promoted and is now the used car sales manager. Josh was very savvy (and clever). What these guys have done is exactly what gives "Car Salesmen" a bad reputation. I will not go back. More
