Very professional and knowledgeable - no pressure I had a great experience leasing my vehicle from Andrew Dana. I had let Andrew know what I was interested in before coming to the dealership, and he had a vehicle all ready for me to test drive, in the color that I wanted and with the options that I wanted when I got there. He was very thorough in explaining the options and details of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making my decision, but when I did, he was very accommodating in getting it delivered to me on my time schedule. More

We made three or four visits to Dorscel Infiniti and never felt under any pressure; the sales person followed up on each question that he couldn't answer on the spot. Similarly when we made the final decision the negotiation was straightforward with no games! We felt all aspects of the research, selection and negotiation process with Dorschel was the best we have ever experienced. More

Great car buying experience I was in the market for a new car and had been to a few different dealerships before Infiniti. Its always interesting to see the different approaches I was in the market for a new car and had been to a few different dealerships before Infiniti. Its always interesting to see the different approaches dealerships have towards sales. Some will say anything to try to get the sale, others won't get back to you in a timely manner with numbers. Working with Ed at Infiniti was exactly what you want when buying a new car. He answered any questions I had, let me test drive multiple vehicles, and showed me where the numbers fell almost immediately. From the follow up phone call a few days after the initial visit to explaining the various features of the different cars, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and considerate salesperson. I would definitely recommend that anyone considering an Infiniti for their next vehicle stop in and ask for Ed. More
It's unfortunate that I'm writing this review, since it seems that so many others have been pleased with the experience here. I had been searching for gently used Infinitis for a few weeks, and af since it seems that so many others have been pleased with the experience here. I had been searching for gently used Infinitis for a few weeks, and after driving several in Buffalo, NY (where I am located) I widened my search using the internet. I found a few I was interested in...specifically, an 07 G35x with low mileage priced at $18,000. After calling early on Saturday morning, speaking to "Rodney," and confirming the car was available, I told him that I was interested in driving out to Rochester (approximately 70 minute drive) and purchasing the car. I did have a few questions; he told me he would double-check and call me back. About ten minutes later, he called me back and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I then confirmed with him that I would be driving out there today and set an appointment for 2pm. When I arrived, it was very busy...the first sunny Saturday in months here in the dreary Northeast. After waiting for 25 minutes, another salesperson offered to help me. Unfortunately, the car had "just been sold" mere minutes ago. Thanks Rodney! By the way, the sticker on this 07 when I arrived was $18,7xx. So much for the "one price" and "no hassle" that their website and brochures are touting. Anyway, this new salesperson offered to let me test drive a few other cars...we went out in a 2010 G37x w/ navigation (48k and change mileage) priced at $22,xxx. After a nice, long test drive, we went to "talk numbers." Now, apparently this company has a "no hassle" policy. In other words, they refuse to negotiate--at all. And while I liked the 2010, it was wheat leather (I preferred the black of the 07 I had come to look at) and was priced slightly above other cars I had looked at in the Buffalo area to begin with. I told them I'd be happy to drive the car off the lot today if they were willing to eat the tax. The salesperson balked. Sure, that's almost $2k to ask for...but you're dealing with a customer who relied on your misrepresentations of fact and spent time, money, and aggravation driving out to see a single car with the intention of buying--only to have it "just sold" when you arrive. I was a bit frustrated. So the manager comes out and tells me the same song and dance: "no hassle" pricing means no negotiation. Take it or leave it. Sounds great in theory, but let's be honest: while the used car market has changed significantly with the advent of the internet, there are still margins. Make it up on warranty sales, or volume, or something. And if I was local, it wouldn't have been a big deal. But nope, no negotiation. At all. The manager informed me that I should have "put a deposit down" on the car if they wanted it held. Seems reasonable...why didn't Rodney mention that in either of our two phone calls? Better yet, why not call me and tell it was sold? Or even better yet, why not just keep the appointment we set for 2pm? It's unfortunate, really...this won't matter. They are clearly a high-volume dealership. For every *one* person like me who has a poor experience based on their unwillingness to work with a customer, there are numerous individuals happy to come in and sign on the dotted line. If that's your model...great! But don't pretend to care when you don't. Needless to say, I was frustrated--furious, even. I sat in the parking lot and found a dealer down the street who happened to two different 07 G35x's sitting on the lot, both with around 44k miles. I called, set up an appointment, drove in, test drove the car, looked it over, and pulled the trigger. They offered me the price I wanted out-the-door; matched the exact rate my bank was offering; agreed to install new brakes on it; and were just generally a pleasure to work with. They made a few grand off of me by not having to send the car to the auction; I saved a few grand by knowing what those cars were going for and getting something I was comfortable with. So if you visit and find something you like...awesome! But know that you are just a number to them. They wouldn't work with me under the extraordinary circumstances where they sold a car out from under me...do you think they'll work with you under better ones? More

Recently bought a used Infiniti M35x from Dorschel and my salesman was Shawn Hoyt. The entire experience was very pleasant. Shawn was very friendly and informative throughout the process and answered every q salesman was Shawn Hoyt. The entire experience was very pleasant. Shawn was very friendly and informative throughout the process and answered every question I had. Since Dorschel has a set, non-negotiable pricing system it made for a less stressful experience. Both Shawn and the rest of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The price on my vehicle (a certified used car no less) was VERY fair and actually below Kelly Blue Book rates. To make it even better, Infiniti offers a great warranty on all certified used cars that you can't get from a private seller. I have since been back to have detailing work done on the care and was VERY impressed with their service department and their commitment to customer service. Shawn has continued to provide support after the sale. Very happy and impressed with the whole experience so far - I would recommend Shawn and Dorschel to friends and family. More
