Bought my Ram truck there and love it. Very easy to deal with, no pressure team which is a huge plus. Service department has been top notch, and dont try to sell me something i dont need. They made me feel like I was a person that mattered to them, and not just sales number for the day. And not just my salesman, everybody was friendly. Just a great experience all around. You can buy trucks all day long anywhere, but it’s the people (sales and service) that will keep me coming back.Very impressed with this dealership so far. Keep up the good work team. More

We have owned our vehicle for several years and have meticulously maintained it beyond the warranty requirements. While I hold no grievance against Mopar, I am deeply disappointed with the service depar meticulously maintained it beyond the warranty requirements. While I hold no grievance against Mopar, I am deeply disappointed with the service department at Bob Johnson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) in Watertown, NY. Their performance has been utterly unacceptable, reflecting either a severe lack of competence or a blatant disregard for customer service. I have encountered dishonesty both in person and over the phone, which has led me to question their trustworthiness with any vehicle service. At best, you may see your car returned after several months; at worst, they might delay warranty work to the point where Mopar ultimately denies coverage. We experienced a three-week wait just to secure a service appointment for diagnostics. After another week and a half, we were informed that Mopar needed additional pictures. Bob Johnson CDJR’s service department then took an excruciating six weeks to send those images, followed by an additional four weeks for further pictures, ultimately resulting in Mopar denying the warranty claim. Frustrated by the ordeal, we opted to sell the vehicle through another dealership. When I went to retrieve my car to use it as a trade-in, it was still disassembled. Despite repeated assurances that it would be ready in a few days, and after pressing the Head Service Manager for a specific date, I was promised it would be ready by the end of the week. We confirmed for Friday of that week, but when that day arrived and I called to arrange pickup, the car was still not assembled. I had to insist on taking my car back, and it was only then that they hastily reassembled it enough for me to drive away. To my profound disappointment, the vehicle was emitting heavy smoke—an issue that was not present when we originally brought it in. More
Purchased this vehicle at Bob Johnsons and got an unbelievable deal. Called Monday morning this week at 8AM with brake problems. Shannon was very helpful, got me in at 9AM. They did our rear brake unbelievable deal. Called Monday morning this week at 8AM with brake problems. Shannon was very helpful, got me in at 9AM. They did our rear brakes including the caliper and a NYS inspection in a timely fashion. Very happy with the friendliness and knowledge of the service department. More
Quite possibly the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! Took in my jeep on a Tuesday and didn’t receive it back for 7 days for a 10 hour job! Not to mention the lack of communication from the service reps. Took in my jeep on a Tuesday and didn’t receive it back for 7 days for a 10 hour job! I was told I would get called with updates for example, my car was supposed to be done Thursday or Friday of that same week and was told I would receive calls for update, here it is now Friday at 4:50 before closing no call. I then take it upon myself to call and get answers to find out it won’t be done until Monday. Then the same thing happened Monday saying it will be done first thing Tuesday morning and that they would call me when it was ready. Then comes Tuesday waiting for a call, nothing…. I had to call again to find out my car had been done for a while they were just lazy. On top of all of that when I picked my car up it smelled like cigarettes (I don’t smoke). I would never recommend this to my worst enemy! More
Very friendly and polite, great pricing just not happy , requested that one of two techs to do the work and the job was giving to another tech. Truck was brought in for tire rebalance and toe set as the ste requested that one of two techs to do the work and the job was giving to another tech. Truck was brought in for tire rebalance and toe set as the steering wheel was off center to the left and pulled to the right. Rebalancing of tires was perfect as it corrected the tire vibration i had. But the alignment on the other hand , truck still pulls to the right and the steering is still off center but now to te right. Over all i will still being my truck in for service as long as one of the two techs i requested does the work in the future and recommend bob Johnson's to my friends and family. More
