I enjoyed service at the Toyota dealer for our Sienna, and had my Chevy serviced there when ignored at the Chevy place. It's a Japanese thing. I was raised down in South Carolina back during Jim Crow. I recognize racial looks when I see them. I'm a professional. More

Had to have the radiator flushed. Bob Johnson Chevrolet has excellent service and very polite and courteous employees. Besides fixing the problem we had, they checked the Equinox off a Bob Johnson Chevrolet has excellent service and very polite and courteous employees. Poor and Deceitful Nick Cortese bought the vehicle I purchased in order to hit a sales quota and then Bob Johnson tried to remarket the vehicle as a Courtesy Transportat Nick Cortese bought the vehicle I purchased in order to hit a sales quota and then Bob Johnson tried to remarket the vehicle as a Courtesy Transportation Vehicle. A simple Carfax Report showed this was not the case. When brought up, the dealership finally exposed what happened, but offered a less than generous 5 free oil changes in exchange for their lie. Nick was kind enough to leave a pamphlet for his Juul behind in the glove compartment as well. Nice to know he was smoking in the vehicle he planned on getting rid of a few months later. I will not be back to any Bob Johnson dealership in the future. More
