Her knowledge, patience, personality and friendliness won us over. My husband not only left with a new truck that afternoon but we came back two weeks later and I bought a new traverse from her. Laura, Bill Simpson and John Brest work amazingly together. The three of them treated us like family. Like they have known us forever.
