My salesman was Nick Quarterman. He was amazing. He located the vehicle I was looking for, provided a detailed explanation of the price, and facilitated me in determining my needs He was amazing. I will tell you the pricing at this dealership were so competitive that it proved to me that 60K was a good investment in a jeep gladiator rubicon. Nick was not a good, but a great salesman and consistently put my needs 1st. Do yourself a favor and buy from this guy, a consummate professional, whose values, concerns and people skills are a rarity in our information age. Thx Nick!!!! You Da Man!!!!! More

Dealership was willing to negotiate price which was good. But the customer service I received was standoff-ish and dishonest. I asked for details and photos of condition of underside of vehicle. Did not receive photos after asking twice and was told it was in good condition. An independent inspection found otherwise. I did not enjoy this encounter. More
Just bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade. They were, of course, very attentive until the paperwork was signed. Now you can't even get them to return a call. We were told several times we'd get a survey within 2 da very attentive until the paperwork was signed. Now you can't even get them to return a call. We were told several times we'd get a survey within 2 days & to give them 9 & 10 ratings! That won't happen! Never received the survey anyhow. The finance department is no better than the sales department to make a phone call to a customer I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!! Want to warn people to stay away from this dealership if you want any answers or even a person to be courteous! More

Great Experience with Eric While I do the majority of work on my vehicles at home, I consistently visit Genesee Valley to get my annual state inspection. We have (2) Honda’s and a 1978 CJ7, but the location and attitude of the service center employees brings me here rather than taking the drive to Henrietta. I’ve experienced no up-selling and enjoy the waiting area (free WiFi, coffee, soda, etc.). I plan to continue to go there in the future provided the level of service continues. Eric was very helpful and even pointed out a couple of recall notices that I need to follow up on. I remember him from prior visits and his friendly demeanor and attitude was appreciated. More
Confused I came in knowing exactly what I wanted in a car (color, features, everything). This would have been my family's 3rd car from your location, so I tho I came in knowing exactly what I wanted in a car (color, features, everything). This would have been my family's 3rd car from your location, so I thought it would have been a breeze. The initial interaction with EJ was a breeze. After that, he never responded again. I sent emails over the course of 6 weeks. No response. I left a voice message on his direct line to tell him the date I needed the car (my other lease was expiring). No response. My husband called and spoke directly with EJ, who made excuses as to why he never responded back to me. He also told him exactly what I wanted and what date I needed it by. EJ told him he would call him back by EOD. He never called back. I could NOT believe we couldn't get a response from him - he acted like he could have cared less about selling me a new car. We contemplated filing a complaint with the sales manager, but ultimately, I did not want to purchase a car from you, so I didn't want to bother. So I bought my brand new grand cherokee from another dealer who was more than happy to help me. And I told my family about my experiences and told them to not make another purchase from your dealership ever again. More
